What payment methods do you accept?

Credit Cards, Bank Transfer, if those don’t work for you feel free to reach out and we can most likely work something out!

What if we want to do this ourselves in the future?

We’d be sad to see you leave, but we also believe that the Business Rules we design together are yours. We’d happily provide them to you so you could implement, support, orchestrate, and maintain this yourself!

How much do you charge for changes?

Changes, are included as a part of the Done-For-You integration.

What is an integration?

We define an integration as a process that moves data between two applications for a single stream. A stream is a dataset that you’d like us to manage in an application like “employees”, “timesheets”, “computers”. We may extend or limit what streams are depending on the integration, feel free to reach out to be sure we cover the exact type of integration you need completed.

What if AutoIDM can’t deliver what we need?

If you’re not happy 30 days after we go live, send us a support ticket letting us know and we’ll refund you 100%. We are confident we will be able to achieve any integration we start!

Why charge monthly?

You would think an integration has more work upfront and less ongoing work. This is partially correct, but that’s assuming your business has few changes, that those changes are easy to implement, and that errors are very few and very easy to fix. All of these assume the quality of the integrations is high making it easy to debug, fix, orchestrate, and add new business rules.

Ultimately, our incentives don’t align correctly if we charge hourly fees for support and feature changes. By charging monthly, we are incentivized to provide high-quality, easier-to-support integrations while also doing everything we can to keep you extremely happy with our integrations. Doing so will lower support costs and make you a happy customer!

Can I add-on a single integration?

Yes we offer pricing for individual integrations. Pricing is based on the individual integration. Reach out for pricing.

Are there any one-time fees?

Not for the Standard or Premium Bundle above. There are one-time fees depending on the application integration, but one of the biggest benefits of the bundles is the lack of any one-time fees.
